Dermal Fillers

Female patient receiving lip filler

Dermal fillers are a popular, non-surgical option for restoring volume, smoothing fine lines, and enhancing facial contours. At Vivo Dermatology and Skin Surgery, our experienced dermatologist uses FDA-approved fillers to address common concerns such as smile lines, marionette lines, under-eye hollows, and volume loss in the cheeks and lips. These treatments are tailored to your unique features, delivering natural-looking results with little to no downtime. Whether you're looking to refresh your appearance or enhance specific facial areas, dermal fillers offer a safe and effective solution with immediate, noticeable improvement.

Botox® Treatments

Male patient receiving botox treatment

At Vivo Dermatology and Skin Surgery, we offer expert Botox® treatments to help you achieve a refreshed, youthful appearance with natural-looking results. Botox® is a safe, FDA-approved injectable that temporarily softens fine lines and wrinkles by relaxing the facial muscles responsible for expression lines—most commonly around the forehead, eyes, and brows. Our board-certified dermatologist customizes each treatment to your unique facial anatomy and aesthetic goals, ensuring a smooth and subtle enhancement. Whether you're looking to prevent the signs of aging or smooth existing lines, Botox® is a quick, effective solution with minimal downtime.

Chemical peels

Female receiving a chemical peel

Chemical peels are a skin resurfacing procedure to improve the appearance and texture of the skin. They involve applying a chemical solution to the skin, causing controlled exfoliation and revealing a smoother, more youthful layer underneath. Chemical peels can address various skin concerns, including wrinkles, acne scars, sun damage, and uneven skin tone. We usually perform Jessiner, Glycolic, Salicylic acid peel and TCA peels depending on your skin condition.

Kybella

Kybella is an FDA-approved injectable treatment designed to reduce submental fat, commonly known as a double chin, by destroying fat cells under the chin. It contains deoxycholic acid, a substance naturally produced in the body to help absorb fats. Kybella is a non-surgical alternative to liposuction and other procedures for double chin reduction

Laser and light device

Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) therapy is a cosmetic and medical procedure that uses broad-spectrum, visible light to treat various skin conditions and improve skin appearance. We use Cynosure MaxG to treat unwanted hyperpigmentation, sun damage, brown spots, and vascular lesions (rosacea, and spider angioma)

The 1540 nm laser is a Non-ablative fractional laser for skin rejuvenation. The laser works by stimulating collagen production and promoting tissue remodeling, leading to smoother, more youthful-looking skin. The non-ablative nature of the laser means it doesn't remove the outer layer of skin, resulting in minimal downtime. The Cynosure 1540 laser treats fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, stretch marks, and promotes skin tightening.

Fractional CO2 laser is an extremely powerful skin rejuvenation technique that can significantly improve your skin appearance with much shorter downtime compared to the traditional CO2 laser. Carbon dioxide lasers can precisely remove thin layers of skin with minimal damage to the surrounding structures. We use EDGE ONE CO2 laser to treat sun damage, superficial and deep wrinkles, scars, warts, birthmarks and other skin conditions.

Microneedling

Microneedling is minimally invasive and safe for all skin tones. It works by stimulating your body to make collagen. This is why it’s also called “collagen induction therapy.” When properly performed, your body responds by healing the holes in your skin with just the right amount of collagen. This can lead to less noticeable scars and wrinkles, and more even skin tone and texture. It can treat these conditions with minimal down time. This procedure treats acne scars, dark spots, large pores, melasma, sagging skin, scars due to surgery or an injury, stretch marks, uneven skin texture and tone, wrinkles, and fine lines.
